Registration

1: Registration forms must be completed and submitted to the NLGH registrar in order to successfully register a player with the CT Northern Lights. All forms from Packet-1 must be filled out in their entirety and returned to the NLGH Registrar to activate your player’s registration. Missing forms will delay your player’s registration with the CT Northern Lights and the CT Hockey Conference.
